What counts as a custom piece?
Anything we do not already list: a size that is not on a product page, a shape we have not made before, a piece built to match a venue, a theme, or a logo. If you have seen it somewhere and want your own version, send the picture.
How much does a custom piece cost?
It depends on size, material and how much design work it takes, so we quote every request individually rather than guess. Send the idea and you will get a real number back, with no obligation.
How long does a custom order take?
Most pieces print and ship in 5 to 10 business days once you approve the proof. Design happens before that and depends on how quickly we settle the details. If your date is tight, say so in the form and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.
Can I send a photo or a sketch?
Yes, and it helps more than anything else. Send the form first and reply to our email with your photos, sketches, logo files or a screenshot of what inspired you.
