Shipping & Turnaround

Every piece is made to order. Printed pieces (photo boards, seating charts, signs, dance floor wraps) are 5 to 10 business days from the moment you approve your digital proof, plus tracked shipping transit time. Larger pieces and bundles take 7 to 12 business days. Laser-cut acrylic (table numbers) is 7 to 14 business days, because every arch and every number is cut on our own laser and then layered by hand.

Need it faster?

Two faster options are available at checkout:

  • Rush Production. $50 on printed pieces, $100 on laser-cut acrylic. Your digital proof within 48 hours and priority production, delivered with standard shipping. Acrylic drops from 7 to 14 business days down to 4 to 7. Acrylic costs more to expedite because moving it up the queue costs us more than reordering a print run.
  • 1-Day Turnaround, $150. Our fastest. Your digital proof within 24 hours, same or next business day production, and expedited shipping. Best for events inside two weeks. Not available on acrylic, which cannot be cut and layered in a day.

Rush and 1-Day orders must be placed and the digital proof approved by 1pm Central for that day to count. For example, to receive your order by Wednesday with rush shipping, place your order and approve your proof by Monday at 1pm Central. Business days do not include weekends or US holidays.

Shipping

Orders ship with tracking. Shipping is free on orders over $99. Under $99 it is a flat $8.95, which covers the packing and the tracked label on a small parcel. We ship with UPS, and occasionally FedEx. Oversized boards ship flat using our Invisible Fold packaging and unfold cleanly at your venue. You will receive tracking by email when your order ships. We ship anywhere in the United States, including PO boxes, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Local pickup in Memphis

You are welcome to collect your order from us at 3169 Players Club Parkway, Memphis, TN 38125, Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm. Let us know when you order and we will have it ready.
